This week we began practising for Sports Day in PE, including the egg and spoon race and throwing javelins.  In Jigsaw, we have been talking about what we can do if we feel angry so that we feel calmer.  Our Drawing Club book was 'Lost and Found' by Oliver Jeffers and we have been learning about animals that live in the Arctic and Antarctic. Our new vocabulary in Drawing Club was 'capsize, terrifying and accompany.   We also built boats out of junk modelling and tested them out to see if they floated or sank.  In Maths, we are practising 'Adding more' and making number stories using the language First, now and next.
