As we come to the end of our time in Year 4, we have once again been exploring our artistic skills in combination with our historical studies. This week we have studied the importance of Roman shields and the designs placed upon them, before creating our own versions with images, colours and symbols important to Roman armies or to ourselves. 
 

We are also looking forward to the end of term activities later this week, including our school-wide talent show and end of year celebrations in class. 
 

It has been a wonderful year full of excitement, adventure and growth. The Year 4 team would like to wish you all a very happy and restful summer. We look forward to seeing you all returning to school in September, to begin your Year 5 adventure.
