This week, we had a very exciting time in the school hall, taking part in our first PE lesson! As part of this, the children practised getting changed by themselves for the first time, ensuring that all of their belongings were safely folded on their table mat. We practised skills such as: buttons, turning clothes in the right way and taking off our jumpers. In Maths, we looked at subitising numbers to three and counting forwards within 20. This week, we have also had a big focus on pre-wiritng shapes and name writing, in addition to learning our latest sounds m/d/g. It has been lovely to see the children so proud of their progress!
