We have had another busy week in Year 3 learning all about our new topic Viva Espana. We have started to compare Pable Picasso and George Braque, looking at the features of Cubism. The children then had a go at creating their own version of 'Weeping Woman' by Picasso.

In English, we have revised coordinating and subordinating conjunctions in preparation for writing our own tourist guide next week. 
 

We have continued our learning about time, comparing digital and analogue clocks and looking at larger units of time.

The children impressed us all with their efforts at swimming and the are wowing us with gymnastic skills in PE.
