Coten End Primary School
Week beginning 26.1.26
Year 3 have been writing their tourist guides for Spain this week. They have worked really hard to include examples of the present perfect tense and a range of conjunctions. Then, they published their work considering layout and presentation.
In maths, we have moved onto looking at the relationships between multiplications, mainly focussing on multiplying by 10.
During Geography, we are preparing to compare the weather between Warwick and Madrid by setting up a weather station in the courtyard to record the rainfall and temperature. The children have started to plan their pieces of art inspired by George Braque, using collage and shading of different tints. In Science, we have been learning about how magnetic forces work.
