This week in Reception, the children have begun the 'Taking Care Project' and have talked about what and who makes them feel happy and safe.  The children also read 'The Colour Monster' story and talked a lot about different feelings. The children have begun phonics lessons with great enthusiasm. On Wednesday we had a special Road Safety visitor called Louise who introduced the children to Warwick the bear and talked about how to stay safe on the roads. Most importantly, the children were told to 'hold an adult's hand when crossing a road.'
