This week the children read the story Pattan's Pumpkin by Chitra Soundar and Frane Lessac and then in Drawing Club, we decorated the inside of our own pumpkins.  We also drew something that was very special to us to put into the ginormous, hollow pumpkin to keep it safe and secure.  We made Diwali cards, Rangoli patterns and mendhi patterns when learning about Diwali.  In Maths we were learning all about triangles and circles and 'almost triangles' and 'almost circles'
