A super busy week to complete our Summer 1 Term! We really enjoyed our Blue Planet topic this half term and we are looking forward to our next one, 'Castle Quest'.

This week we had a visit from some members of 'Orchestra with a swan' who shared some of their instruments with us and performed some pieces of music. It was lovely to hear some live orchestral music in school and find out about the different sounds each instrument makes.

We finished our half term with Key Stage 1 Sports Day! We had lots of fun completing in a range of activities including beanbag target, javelin and the dressing up race! It was lovely to see so many adults join us and our teachers were really impressed with our behaviour and collaboration skills.

Enjoy a well deserved rest - ready for our final half term in Year 2.
