It has been another busy week in Year 3. We have been celebrating British Science Week throughout school and Year 3 have really enjoyed delving even further into the wonderful world of Science. We have had a visit from a real life scientist who taught us all about Podiatry, whilst we were able to share our recent learning about the bones and muscles of the human body with her too. We were very excited to conduct our own investigation into the melting time of ice when wrapped in different materials and showed great collaboration in our group work for this. It was also great fun visiting other year groups to see the science projects that have been created at home, as well as sharing our projects with children and adults who came to visit our Science fair at the end of the week. We really are amazing scientists in year 3!
