The most comprehensive place for resources for SEND is at Chatterpack.  There is useful here on supporting change in routine particularly during school holidays, Chatterpack information

SENDSupported are one of our SEND partners and are providing weekly newsletters with ideas and advice. Click here and sign up to receive the emails. 

There are some good, free, online courses available at the moment to support parents. Schudio TV have one on Parenting in a Pandemic and Creative Education have a free webinar recording on Support Anxious Online Learners. If you do these courses or any others that are helpful do let me know and I'll share details with other parents.
